Nous vous espérons en pleine forme, porté·e·s par l'énergie du printemps qui annonce le renouveau !
C'est avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme que nous vous convions à une session en ligne gratuite avec David Weinstock, mardi 22 mars, de 20h30 à 22h.
Nous choisissons de limiter cette session à 25 personnes pour favoriser un contexte chaleureux. Merci de vous inscrire seulement si vous êtes certain·e de pouvoir y participer.

Cette session permettra d'avoir un avant-goût du stage que nous organisons avec lui, du 10 au 15 mai 2022, en France, à 1h de Lyon et de Genève, à l' Espace Rivoire.
Ce stage réunit l'ensemble des pratiques corporelles développées par David Weinstock durant plus de 45 ans, afin d'intégrer la CNV par le corps pour pleinement l'incarner.

Passer par le corps est une voie directe pour développer les compétences émotionnelles et interpersonnelles. Venez explorer la CNV au-delà des mots grâce à une approche corporelle basée sur l'Aïkido et la psychologie somatique. Vous y découvrirez de nouvelles façons d’incarner la communication empathique et d’apporter des changements positifs efficaces, tant au niveau personnnel, que social, politique et environnemental !

| |
David Weinstock est facilitateur certifié en CNV, coach somatique et instucteur d'Aïkido, qu'il pratique depuis 45 ans. Il transmet la CNV dans le monde entier. Il a par ailleurs co-fondé un habitat groupé près de Seattle, aux États-Unis, dans lequel il vit avec d'autres familles depuis 30 ans.

Bear in mind that this session is limited to 25 people in order to favour a small group experience. Please register only if you are sure to participate.

Working through the body is a direct way to develop emotional and interpersonal skills. Come and explore NVC beyond words through a body-based approach based on Aikido and somatic psychology. You will discover new ways to embody empathic communication and to make effective positive changes on a personal, social, political and environmental level!

David Weinstock a certified facilitator in NVC, a somatic coach and Aikido instructor, which he has practiced for 45 years. He leads workshops around the world. He co-founded an intentional community in the USA where he has been living for 30 years with his family.
